MOST PEOPLE SAY WORKOUT RATHER THAN TRAIN
In our Journey, we have come across thousands of people who use the term "work out".
You hear them say this all the time.. soon as i get off of work i have to go to the gym and workout. Or right after class i have to workout. Maybe you hear today was a good workout day or maybe my workout sucked or my workout was pretty hard. etc. Well we have discovered that one may unlock a special part of their brain is the use the word train. Yes indeed.

in our research we have found that, having an understanding of what a word means creates a harmonious environment in a persons temple. Your body is your temple. Your first place to be worshipped. The body you are given to take care of. When you use the term workout, we imply a stressful thought to our mind frame. Work reminds us of labor we must take part in to take care of parts of life that we wish were free. Bills Bills Bills. However when We Use the word Train with a true understand of the word, we become more in control of the body developing process. When we work we just try to follow a program and wait around and hope to see results. When we train we can expect Great results because we know exactly what we are doing. Building Muscle on Purpose!
When you work out you follow at the least do what you know... jumping jacks, situps, pushups, maybe run a mile or 2 or go for a walk around the block. At best you follow a plan that tells you How many reps to do each set. 5 sets of 15 pushups, followed by 5 sets of 15 squats, that sort of thing. When we do this so called work we never actually work the muscles to the point of exhaustion. Which is actually what we want to do if we want to become the best physically fit version of ourselves. When we work out like this, Our mind thinks of it as work. You now we can place a number on it. When is it time to get of the clock. It makes you want to hurry up and be done so you can go and do something else you think you may enjoy more. However
When you get into the zone of your mind of understanding you are training a muscle to grow, You will feel the power every single time you train. Earlier we used a Workout plan example 5 sets of 15 pushups. In your mind when you complete that 5 sets your done. When you finished you may not even feel a pump in your chest. This is very unmotivating day after day of not feeling a pump in your chest. Now when you train. You do not go for a number you go for a pump. You get excited about how your body actually feels at the moment you are actually training. You get that almighty PUMP! Example you try to do as many pushups as you can the regular way, then you immediately go into the modified pushups on your knees and do as many as you can in this position, then you go right in to incline pushups and max out there, then you go right into wall push ups and do as many as you can there. This is a guaranteed pump. This will make your chest Grow. Do this for as many sets as you can. Do not number your sets just train your chest. Your chest will let you know when you can not do anymore. This is falling in love with you and all you can do. Get it?
Another Example you can try today. When you workout you may do 5 sets of 10 dumb bell curls let's say with a 25lb weight. You may not even have a real pump when you finish. Your just going through the motions to get through your sets. 30lbs is to heavy right now to complete the sets with proper form, so you are forced to stay at 25lbs. When your done with your sets, your arms may feel solid. However the do not feel pumped, like you worked them as hard as you could. Now try this tonight. get a 10lb set of dumb bells and set a goal of 100 curls and enjoy the PUMP! you may not make it to 100 but you will feel an immediate difference in the quality of work vs train. This is how your muscles should feel after you have worked them. They should feel like they have been put through a muscle boot camp designed to grow them. Training is turning off the clock and going after a feeling.
